COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
My commissions are personal use only, and are not to be used for commercial purposes! I retain all rights to the artwork created, and I do not support my work being used for NFTS or AI Training!I have the right to decline a commission if I deem it out of my skillset, inability due to time, or simply does not match my terms provided.
Commissions will be on a first come, first serve basis and go through a queue. There will be a 3 week timeframe for completion. So this means commissions further down the queue will take longer to get started and finished compared to those in front. I will contact you to let you know when I am officially starting on your commission! The queue can be found on my trello for any interested to see:Payment must be received either in full upfront or half upfront, and the other half after the sketch has been done and approved by you (Paypal or Cashapp & USD only), if there are any issues with this please contact me prior. Options will be chosen via the commission form.
An invoice will be sent after I have approved of your commission order. Payment must be sent within 48 hours or your commission will be forfeited. If more time is necessary please contact me.
Refunds will be provided depending on how completed said commission is. Nothing after the sketch phase will be over 50%, and there will be NO refund given after the work is completed.I have the right to stop progression if a commissioner is being rude or inappropriate. Such behavior will result in a blacklist (meaning you will no longer be able to commission me) and you will not be receiving a refund.
Backgrounds will be of minimal detail or unless specified, a simple solid color.
Commissions will likely be posted online after completion in a reduced size and watermarked; if you wish to keep the commission there will be a section via the form to say so!Do NOT contact me for NSFW content if you are under the age of 18. Seriously. Do not contact me, and do not waste both our time and energy. I will promptly blacklist you and you'll have absolutely no contact with me whatsoever.I definitely mentioned 'contact me' a billion times here, but really, DO contact me for anything that may be seen as an issue! I like to believe I am easy to work with, and I want any commission process to be professional and pleasant for us both!Do not claim my artwork as your own.
